What products can be returned?
"Unwanted" products, we offer a 14-day "no complaints" policy guaranteed on all products returned unused and in original condition and packaging.
Damaged Products, All damaged products reported within the first 5 days of arrival can be returned for a refund or replacement.
How do I resend a product?
Please contact our consumer service and we will inform you of the steps to follow.
Our forwarding address may vary depending on the products so please get in touch before sending your return.
Is there a charge for reshipping?
You will be responsible for shipping costs if the product you wish to return is not damaged.
Damaged products will be received free of charge and full shipping details will be provided when you contact us.
How long will it take to receive the refund?
Once we receive your product and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of the product.
Your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to the same payment method that you used for payment, the deposit may take between 3 and 5 business days to receive the money in your account.
